All scope, pricing, and scheduling are agreed upon directly with Mike by phone or text, not through this website. Nothing on this site constitutes an offer, quote, or binding service agreement.

No Online Booking or Payment

This site does not process bookings, payments, or contracts. Any service arrangement, rate, or recurring contract is finalized directly between the property owner/manager and Mike, outside of this website.

Weather-Dependent Service

Snow and ice removal timing depends on storm conditions, site access, and crew and equipment availability. While Markley Snow Services prioritizes institutional and early-opening sites, specific arrival times, treatment schedules, and outcomes are not guaranteed by anything published on this site.
